The Agritourism building is on two levels, inside an old farmhouse that dates back to the early 19th century, and has maintained all of its traditional charm: ceilings with exposed wooden beams, hand crafted terracotta floors, arte povera style furniture, wrought iron beds.
There are six rooms on the top floor, all equipped with modern comforts and private bathrooms. Two of these also have a Jacuzzi bathtub and shower. On the ground floor there is an additional room, which has its own entrance and is wheelchair accessible.
The rooms, which are elegant and attractive, are the result of careful and judicious renovation of the farmhouse. However, having respected the typical, rural style of the building does not mean that comfort was neglected. The rooms are all cosy and bright, with heating and autonomous air conditioning, private bathrooms with shower or bathtub and a hairdryer.

PRICES FOR HALF BOARD
(the prices are per person, per day in a double room, water is included with meals; tourist tax included).
Low season – euro 70,00
High season- euro 75,00
Peak season – euro 80,00
These prices are valid for a minimum stay of 3 nights;
(In case of stays of one or two days we will apply + 10/15% on the prices.)
Discount for additional beds, depending on age:
50% up to 5 years
30% up to 14 years
30% surcharge for a double room with single occupancy

High season- euro 55,00

Extra bed: € 10.00-40.00, depending on age
30% surcharge for a double room with single occupancy
Peak season: from 01/08 to 01/09, from 06/12 to 08/12, from 24/12 to 1/1
High season: from 02/09 to 15/09, festivities (April, May and June), weekends in June and September and the whole month of July .
Low season: all other periods
The rooms are available from 14 noon on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
Use of the swimming pool is included in the prices indicated, at no extra cost.
